1. Eligibility & Time Limit
You have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
To be eligible, the item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

• Item Condition: It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• All Included Items: All accessories, free gifts, labels, certificates, and original packaging must be returned.
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original order number or valid proof of purchase.

The following are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or from which tags have been removed.
• For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, jewelry, and other special categories, unless defective.
• Any item not purchased from vev-mall.

2. Steps You Need to Take (Return Process)
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Within the 14-day period, email us at service@mail.vev-mall.com. Use the subject line "Return/Exchange Request: Order #[Your Order Number]". State the reason and specify if you want a refund or exchange for a specific item.
• Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• Ship the Item: Using the instructions provided, ship the eligible item with all accessories and the RMA number clearly marked to the designated return address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Shipping Cost Responsibility

• Exchange processing follows a similar timeline (1-3 business days after receiving the returned item for inspection).
• Once approved, we will arrange shipment of the replacement item.
• Shipping time for the replacement depends on stock availability. Delivery to Canada typically takes 10-12 business days after dispatch.
